If you would like to delete your UrgentMate account and associated personal data, please email support@urgentmate.com.au from the email address or phone number linked to your account.
Please include:
· Your full name
· Your registered phone number
· The email address linked to your account (if applicable)
· A short request stating that you want your account deleted
· What we delete:
· Your account profile
· Stored personal account information
· Job photos and uploaded content, where deletion is applicable and not restricted by legal obligations
· Contact and profile data not required for legal or operational purposes
· What we may retain:
· Transaction, payment, invoice, and receipt records
· Records required for fraud prevention, dispute resolution, taxation, accounting, or legal compliance
· Limited operational logs where legally required
· Retention period:
· Account deletion requests are processed within 7days
· Data that must be retained for legal or regulatory reasons will be kept only for as long as required under applicable law
· You can also request account deletion directly by contacting support at any time.
